About this gym

Ashbourne Leisure Centre is a community sport complex, offering exercising options for all ages and fitness levels. Their newly re-designed fitness suite boasts state of the art Technogym training equipment. In the cardio machines range you’ll find cross trainers, rowing machines and exercise bikes to name a few. Besides traditional treadmills, they also have the Skillmill, which will help you take your cardio training to the next level. The gym has an abundance of resistance training options, such as the chest press, lat pull down and leg press. In the functional training area you’ll find plenty of benches, squat racks and free weights. These include dumbells, barbells and kettlebells to make sure you get a well rounded workout. When there are no fitness classes running in the studio, you can also make use of the additional functional training equipment in the studio, such as the sled and rig. After a vigorous gym session, why not take a dip in the spacious swimming pool. There’s ample free parking available on site.
