Energie Fitness Battersea market themselves as a gym in Battersea which skilfully blends budget and boutique style.
This well kitted out venue offers a solid choice of additional group classes and they are open seven days a week. Their state of the art equipment includes resistance equipment and a free weights gym section.
The free weights section has that reinforced gym floor to help stop any damage from dropped weights. They also have an Olympic lifting platform at Energie Fitness, making it a popular venue for those who want to train in weight lifting competitively.
A good range of clean, modern cardio machines makes this gym even more attractive, as do their stringent covid-19 measures.
There are personal trainers available in this Battersea gym. Energie is listed as a gym with free parking. Energie is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Friday and weekend opening is from 07:00 until 22:00.
Stars Gym, Battersea
The team at Stars Gym, Battersea are so confident you’ll love their venue that they offer free tours to help newcomers learn more about their impressive ethos.
They are known for training professional athletes and have even been on TV a few times. Stars has top-end equipment and a rubber gym floor throughout an extensive free weights section.
This gym really does have it all for the serious athlete but they go the extra mile to create an inclusive space for all levels.
There is a resistance area for weight machines and benches, with a freemotion resistance machine that targets specific muscle groups. There’s also a strength and conditioning zone with dumbbells up to 50kg and a mighty functional training area with assault bikes and SkiErg amongst other things.
Stars Gym Battersea also houses a combat zone for training fighters. If you are into MMA or boxing, this area will blow your mind.
Add in a cardiovascular area loaded with high tech running machines and a studio for calmer workouts and it is easy to see why this is one of the best equipped gyms on our list.

This no-nonsense gym in SW18 use all manner of digitally enhanced high tech equipment to make sure that you are comfortable and getting the best exercise plan for you.
If group exercise is your thing, The Fitness Space has a busy timetable with a range of classes you might not find elsewhere. Boxing, Rowing, Hiit, Spin and Yoga are just a taste of what they offer.

This Battersea gym offers personal training, resistance equipment and plenty of cardiovascular workout machines. They have a free weights area although they do not necessarily identify as a free weights gym.

The unusually named Gym on London has a strong local reputation as one of the best all-round gyms in Battersea.
There are personal trainers available here, and a distinctive brand new, modern feel. GymOnLondon has highly experienced fitness instructors and personal trainers on hand and a solid range of fitness classes should you wish to partake.
This is the gym that we would recommend to people who like their gym spaces to be open and free, thanks to its two-floor layout.
The massive gym area boasts an Olympic weights area, cable machines and an impressive array of resistance machines.
The free Weights gym is complemented by a huge cardio space featuring treadmills, assault bikes and cross trainers. They have a functional training zone with plenty of dumbbells to choose from. They also have those group exercise/mat areas for group work.
GymOn is just a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction. Opening hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at weekends. This gym gives free parking for Hussle pass holders.
Motion Health and Fitness Chelsea Harbour
Motion Health and Fitness is a health club and spa situated near Battersea in Chelsea Harbour.
This is an elegant health club within the Millennium Copthorne Hotel in SW10 which offers spa and sauna treatments in each changing room, as well as some really first class gym facilities.
These are complemented by a bespoke relaxation suite and good disabled facilities.
The gym here features all high tech equipment which has been renewed and refurbished recently. State of the art cardio machines are always good to see, along with free weights and resistance machines.
Motion Health & Fitness has a luxurious studio feel to it, but it also has everything you need to work up a sweat. The club even has a crystal clear 17-metre pool, lane swimming and swan-neck body jets to ease those tired muscles.
The opening hours at motion health and fitness are from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. They have their own parking lot for you to use.
